Security Deposit & Property Damage: We require a security deposit of £250.00 payable to the caretaker upon arrival in Spain. The security deposit will be returned at the end of the rental, assuming there are no damages. Given the value of the property and its contents, the security deposit is relatively small. You should bear in mind, however, that you are ultimately responsible for all damages to the property caused by you or other members of your party, even those not covered by the security deposit. It will be the responsibility of the owner/caretaker to document/ photograph any damage caused by you or your party and to produce any invoices relating to these repairs/damage.
Reservations, Payment & Cancellations: When you have made a reservation, we require a deposit of £300.00 per week of rental. This must reach us within seven days of the booking being confirmed in order to secure your reservation. The balance of the payment is required 8 weeks before you begin your rental. If your reservation is made less than 8 weeks prior to your departure full payment is required within seven days of the booking. All payments to be made via personal cheque. Pay Pal accepted. No credit cards accepted. Even though friends and family often share the property, one person must assume responsibility for the booking. The reservation will be made in his or her name, and he or she is responsible for all payments and forfeitures that may arise from any cancellations as well as damages to the property that may exceed the security deposit. Passport number of this person is required for our security. We have reduced the weekly rate of this property and so heating costs are extras for the period :
1st October - 1st March 2012 charged at cost.
